In my 20+ years of experience in home health aid and certified nursing assistant. I have acquired lots of experience working with patients that have dementia and Alzheimer’s disease. I learned how meaningful it is to always show respect, kindness, and attentiveness. I love that I am able to make a difference in my patient’s/ patient’s families’ lives. This is why I have commenced this company. Having peace of mind for your loved ones is priceless.
The nursing supervisor personally trains each and every one of the employees to make sure that quality care is provided.
The reason why I started this organization is to continue to connect services to the population in need of exceptional care. A CNA and Home Companion is not just a job but we are there to provide a level of peace and content in each of our patient’s life along with making the patient feel more independent. For instance, painting a patient’s nail and having therapeutic small talk during your time with them will go along way. A smile is very important and friendliness with the ability not to take anything personally is essential. Exercising patience with all clients is vital. Especially clients who suffer from Dementia and Alzheimer’s disease. I am driven by our company to make each and every one of our patients feel safe, cared for in a clean environment surrounded by compassionate and caring staff.
